Wow! I found them on the NMLS website and between the audio lessons to personal attention as-needed for the website, Alan and the crew are THE BEST. I will do my CE hours with them and ongoing. Great school. Excellent curriculum and attentive teachers. Hands on training. Teachers available at all hours. Self service so you go at your own pace. No time limit. They work with you until the course is complete.

$250 for initial pre- licensing, $75 for final exam. Then I paid $150 for each state. Also, each year, you have to pay 8 hour continuing class which is approximately $125.

Great structure and review on the new changes and regulations in the mortgage industry. The course have several work study assignments that makes it a challenge. All assignments are reviewed and graded in order to complete the certification.
