I completed my training in two weekends. Starting at 7 AM to 7 PM on two Saturdays and two Sundays. It taught me how to be organized and responsible when working behind the bar. The hardest part of training is learning all the information on different types of alcohols like flavors, regions, etc. The fun part is getting to create cocktails and learning some trick of the trade. We all worked as a team and our teacher was very informative.
