Classroom theory and hands-on experience. ex: learn correct pore, ethical serving, memorizing drinks, learning from the course syllabus. The hardest part, of course, is remembering all the drink recipes; the most enjoyable part was making the drinks the correct way without the help of the course binder.

A lot of hands on practice as well as book work. You get homework every night. It’s very helpful to just take in all the information the instructors give you and make flash cards.
