Read chapters every day Learned everything about Brokerage Real Estate Sells and Leasing Property Management - 100's of pages Took Tests after each Chapter at least 3 times, Loved the Sunday class right before final test. All my questions were answered.

Very simple program that takes about 1 1/2 hours a night on average of studying. It is a self paced program that requires both discipline and dedication for completion.

USPAP course was harder than the rest and confusing to complete but the advising team will help you with any problems.

The broker practice exams were the most helpful. I took them over and over again until I passed 100%. The courses took about 6 hours each. I would spend 3 - 4 hours a day studying.

Study on your own time you have access to calls anytime. Online at your convenience. Easy to follow training. Easy to follow classes. You have questions you can contact instructors to help you.

Easy classes online and took my time and read and watched the videos online. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who wanted to obtain a real estate license.

No job opportunities for newly licensed individuals. Job opportunities are rare for those who are trying to break in to this field.

Serious study and thorough application is necessary. Take lots of notes and keep your studying at a steady pace. The format is such that you can work at your own pace. However, once you start, you need to be committed to studying through everything and not skipping on areas you think are easy.
