The trained was well detailed. All questions I or anyone had was answered. Training was simple to understand, and was hands-on. There was not a hard part of the training, the most enjoyable was becoming certified.

You will practice on a “dummy” it is you saving the doll's life! The experience I had was an amazing one! They really prepared me for this! If this were to happen I would know exactly what to do!

You watch videos, and then do hands on practice for basic airway, circulation, and breathing emergencies. You practice with equipment and they make sure you leave confident with all the skills.

The instructor gave good hands-on learning to all the students. He also allowed everyone to ask questions about emergency situations, and how to handle them responsibly. Overall, the class was extremely beneficial and taught CPR thoroughly.

Effective instructor. Material covered adequately. Refresher course after initially being certified two years ago. Useful train for healthcare, food industry, and the real world.

The training last for 3 hours. It was so explanatory and straight forward. Learned how to have successfully CPR for an emergency purpose. The hardest part of it is the mouth to mouth contact and the most enjoyable part is the part that you hope your CPR helps the person in need of it.

In the 6 hour training we watched videos and had a teacher explain the techniques and skills needed to perform CPR on both infants and adults, took practice test and the actual test. performed what we learned on dummies.
