A very thorough course that answered all of the questions I had about basic first aid. The course started with verbal explanation and ended with hands on practice on mannequins. The hardest part of the training was just practicing the rhythm of chest compression. The most enjoyable part of the training was my teacher's attitude and eagerness to answer our questions.
