This training is difficult when you are on your knees for 15 - 30 minutes. A typical day of training is you look at part on video then you begin hands on training by going through the steps. I learned how to save a life or extend life until the paramedics arrive. The most enjoyable part of the training is that I know I could save someone if put in the predicament.
