Very important class for food-related workers. The instructors gave lectures very sincerely. 30% of the class came from common sense, 70% was theory and professional knowledge.

Good career preparation

Preparation for the exam is really intense. You have to know your stuff! The test is very confusing and has a lot of repetition. One word can make the entire sentence wrong. I went in with a group of 10 and only 3 of us passed it. But, it was well worth the raise! My income went from hourly to salary!
