Co workers like RNs/LVNs treat you like what you do don't matter.

I enjoyed the class we worked half a day and went to school the other half it was fun because it was hands on. We learn on each other and on the job it also help us to get to know each other. Who we are what we like or dislike. Every one was the same no raise/ color just fun learning. The hardest part was being the person that the class was working on. And for me the test. Not because it was hard. I'm just a hands on person

Good teachers, Positive environment, Hands-on training.

There were videos to watch as well as hands on training. Learned what's safe for children from the ages of infancy to toddler as well as ways to stimulate their development.
