We had to practice on other students. We re-positioned them in a bed, we did vitals on each other, we learned how to wash our hands properly in the sink. We learned how to set up for a bath in the bed. My experience was very great, and my teacher was very patient and she stayed after class for those who needed extra help if they did not understand something.
