I enjoyed the teachers and learning about real life scenarios of real estate business. The toughest part for me was passing the exams, but attending all extra study sessions helped me prepare for nearly any type of question that would be asked on the state and national exams.

Real Estate is tough. I would not get into real estate expecting to be the breadwinner of the household. Too many part time people involved who take up too much of the business and don't know what they are doing.
