A clear mind and no distractions is recommended, once you receive your study materials, made sure that you preview the material you study. I learned about where the law began and how constitutions work and how it is constantly changing in modern times. How to file motions, assist an attorney, the differences between local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Civil and Criminal procedures, court rules. It is very detailed and easy to understand especially if you re read it a couple of times.
