The program requires a lot of research, and lectures. There is a lot of reading about child development. Students are required to perform student teaching for two semesters. Students are also required to write a thesis in their senior year about our philosophy of education.

Pros

Classes were good. I spent time in basic accounting, marketing, business law and statistics before more advanced accounting such as cost management, taxes and auditing. The professors varied from being very hands on to a lot of self teaching. I did well and received honors specifically in the accounting program and a 3.4 overall while starting my family. I enjoyed working hard and receiving top grades in my classes.

The instructor taught great knowledge of the CRF publication to prepare the student for real life scenarios. A typical day of training would involve the reviewing of construction accidents and assigning each student to connect the CRF codes to what we witnessed on the video; we would have to construct a report around the scene.

It was a good hands-on program. The teachers was well spoken and confident in the topic. I enjoyed the part where we took turns giving the class dummy CPR.
