Great school with many instructors that embody various teaching styles. The clinical instructors and simulation experiences are great and have inspired me to continue my education. It can be difficult without a support system if you have children due to work load and is a bit high in cost but, flexible in online programs for MSN. This school offers BSN and MSN programs that are accelerated.

Highly Reccomend

Chamberlain University is an extremely welcoming, diverse, and attentive school. It is a bit pricey, but they have access to and share many programs that truly help you as a complex person, help you as a student, and get you ready for the NLCEX no sweat. Students there range from right out of highschool to being highly experienced in life as mothers and fathers, and students that have been to other colleges. They truly support your journey with great professors and faculty, patience, encouragement, while building you from your level of experience to a great well rounded nurse. I am a new grad and I do not know Exactly how they have prepared me yet, but I know that I am confident in my learned abilities and they played an enormous role in that. Cannot thank them enough. Good Luck on your journey! Take the leap!!!

Would recommend

I will say that I had a wonderful experience at Chamberlain. Originally only went back for my BSN but enjoyed the program so much I continued on for my masters. Completed the MSN while working full-time with a newborn in 2.5 years. I did have to go to Chicago for one weekend for a skills lab and test out . The flexibility of the program and the help with finding preceptors was exceptional. I made some great friends throughout the program all over the country that I still speak with. Passed the board exam on the first try within two months of graduating. And have been happily working as an FNP for over five years now.
