Just a good decision to make an honest decision to advance my career to study and to train in being an operator on big equipment. I had a good trainer and a great supervisor who encourage that I become an operator. Dedicated and responsible team member and the willingness to a positive attitude. Self-motivated team member willing to prove my worth.
