Excellent program. Excellent support and information. Flexible scheduling and group classes, provided much community based support. Having to be employed in a kitchen, while taking the course, proved to be exactly what I needed. Having a preceptor helping and grading, encouraging and supporting you, is amazing. 9 month course is very informative and doesn't make you feel like it's taking forever. You use what you are learning, immediately on your job site.
