Good combination of classroom and hands on learning. There was also plenty of lab practice and homework to be able to hone your skills. The teacher and TA's were also there to help you.

It was a very valuable experience that yielded fruitful results for my career. It was full class participation and interaction that enhanced the learning process. I look forward to each day during training because every day brought a new dimension to my learning experience. The hardest part of the training was when we were left with the basic level of project management. I wish we would go to the advance portion of which was not covered in this program. Of the enjoyable parts were the group work cross training and examination by our peers.

The certification included a variety of courses from grammar to conflict resolution to provide students with the skills necessary to understand the importance of good communication skills in a business environment.
