For anyone in HR the SHRM-CP is a must. The amount of preparedness and overall view on how to best leverage HR functions helped me in my career. It is a certification that has provided me with a lot of room for advancement.

Excellent learning experience for the undergraduate research student. There were several field trips that afforded me the opportunity to get out into my own city and though familiar, appreciate and gain insight into the ecological and environmental aspects of it. I also loved how around half of the participants were students from other nations or parts of the country
