Good combination of personal and video teaching,coloring grading was the hardest to overcome teachers were patient. Teaching clarity cut and color and carat were critical.

Great instructors and hands on. Worked with gold and silver. Learned the basics and had lots of practice time. Well written manual. Small class size.
