You must re certify every year to keep in good standing. Keeps you updated yearly of changes in policies and products. I earned similar certifications from Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Suzuki, when employed by those dealers as service manager or parts and service director.

You would have to be working at a GM dealer in order to receive this online training course. But it is nice to do when it is slow around the shop and its a great way to lean a payrais in your favor.
