Instructors are great patient and good at what they do. From the time you come in the door you feel like family. The classes are usually small so instructors have a good amount of 1 on 1 teaching.

Cons

Inconvenient hours

A typical day in training is coming to class and learning everything about the road. I learned that the truck will not start unless the psi is on either 100 or 120.The Training is very hands on. The hardest part about training for me is the backing up lessons. The most enjoyable part about training is meeting new people.

Training starts in a classroom for the first week. The second week we practiced inside a simulation room and the final week we practiced and studied on the yard and with the trucks.
