Great instructor, was very detailed in delivery of what parts to really study, that would possibly appear on the actual exam. Very thorough training! Really enjoyed the class setting and meetings fellowship with plumbers currently in the trade. Overall I would give 9 out of 10.

John Carter taught the class and was no-nonsense. He expected you to pay attention, work hard, and complete your homework. This served me very well and I did very good on the exam.
