Good combination of classroom, and hands on training. The hours fit in great with work and family, I was already in a nursing facility, so I got to train at the job I already had.

The teacher is very attentive and open to helping succeed in your education. Step by step instructions for those that are in the beginning stages of learning technical support. Is a step up from beginner, should have computer skills and training upon entering this class
