After you get your permit you would be in the yard learning how to pre trip your truck and post trip your truck and trail and then you would learn how to back and drive out side the yard.

Good hands on training and helps you find a job if needed. But is also difficult if you don't do your homework. The best part are the teachers that are the hands on.

The course I was enrolled in did a very good job at teaching me everything I needed to know for both the state driving test and the written exam. My road instructor was very good at teaching students how to drive a tractor-trailer.

Plenty of driving training they help you on whatever your weakness might be. The only thing we didn't get training was sliding weight distribution of the trailer
