Classroom and seminars attended, homework and graded on lessons, watched videos, went to businesses and watched employees through management supervision on areas of growth needed for customer service improvement.

Small class size so you can concentrate on learning, the teacher was great she made sure everyone was ready to move on if not she would stay after class to make sure it was right.
