Other comments

This program was very good. One day of training included job searching, also teaching us all about customer service. The culture of this place was very pleasant and enjoyable. It was fun while also hard at work. The hardest part was job searching because we had to have a quota of jobs for the day. An enjoyable part was learning hands on how to approach and talk to customers. What I learned from this was how to handle real life scenarios / situations.

A typical day of training I learned Customer Service with computer applications which included MS-Word, MS-Excel, Windows, typing skills and customer service etiquette.
