Dr. Hill was a very good teacher he basically put months of schooling into a week of training and it definitely paid off, because you can always go back to review in your book if there’s something you need to catch back up on.

The Instructors that I've had were great with their teaching methods and made the class interesting and fun. I learned a great deal more about the practices of Food Safety!
