The athletic training program at Hope College was an incredible experience as it provided me with hours of observation and involved experience with injury prevention, evaluation, maintenance, and rehabilitation for collegiate men’s soccer, women’s volleyball, football, men’s and women’s basketball, swim & dive, and track & field; along with rotations at a high school, family medicine practice, physical therapy clinic, and orthopedic office.

I went to Hope College back in the late 90's. Couched in the Dutch Reformed Church, the school takes responsibility over their students. While providing a base level of supervision, students are able to explore their growing adult understanding. Greek leadership opportunities, school driven mass-media opportunities, competitive sports teams as well as unique traditional campus events help augment the intellectual experience open to all students.
