I recommend attending a class as opposed to online training. The in-person aspect provides opportunity to ask questions, and to hear other people's questions, also.

I did learn the concepts about negotiate Real estate, calculate profit and losses for clients on the investment side of the business, the responsibility for the Real Estate Broker with the Sales associates under my company. It was a very good base for my career.
