The program is a Classroom environment with about two breaks. You must complete a project with a company who needs to make some type of improvement prior to completion and then pass a comprehensive exam.

Lectures/hands on in class assignments I learned the Six Sigma methodology which assisted greatly in the my teams improvement projects the staff was excellent hardest part of the training was the certification exam most enjoyable part was understanding that we were already using some six sigma methods in our department
