We lots of book work learning. I learn and enjoy by doing. I’m a hands on learner. I learned that everything out of the textbook makes you a good bedside nurse.

I have to say that I have had some good moments with having my CRC then not having it. The CRC put you in a better place so you and your employer know where you are in work placement.
