Lack of teachers helping.

Other comments

Anything chemical service wise from highlights to perms roller sets up do's and women's cuts Training culture was okay it was there when necessary. Hardest part was figuring it out on my own because teachers where no longer helpful. The most enjoyable part of it was coming into the real world & actually learning & experiencing new challenges in this industry.
