Pros

Good teachers, Good career preparation, Hands-on training, Prior experience

Cons

One has to be serious about the field, and totally committed.

Other comments

Classroom coupled with hands on training is a must. The classroom training I believe is not as important as the hands on in the field training. Also a simulator should be a mandatory classroom tool also.
