Pros

Flexible class hours, Affordable, Good career preparation

Cons

Questions are worded weird at times, a lot of content to cover

Other comments

It gives you a basic, cookie-cutter way to structure your plans. Use these as general guidelines, and you'll do just fine. It's a tough course, but most places respect nasm certs

Cons

If you miss work you risk losing your clients.

Other comments

No practice tests anywhere to be found. In the online course it was hidden under “knowledge check”. It was the exact same questions that were on my exam. Keep taking the knowledge check until you get 95 and up consistently and then take your exam.
