Other comments

It's a great hands-on class with lots of product knowledge. Great instructor. Learned how to makes drinks properly in a timely manner using all glassware and garnishes. Some may struggle hitting the speed drill time but honestly it's not to hard if you know your drinks and apply yourself. I had a lot of fun practicing, doing the drills, interacting with the instructor and classmates. Just have fun during the training, study, know your acronyms and you'll do great!
