Other comments

Reading assignments with school visits and hands-on lessons. Learned about lesson planning, differentiate instruction, and being able to switch to a divergent way of teaching. The hardest part of the training was balancing classwork and a regular job. The most enjoyable part of the training was working with the kids.

The program gave me the best possible out-of-classroom training. It supplemented the work I was doing on a daily basis with tools and tricks to use in that environment, such as classroom management and IEP law. I was able to apply the skills I learned in this program to the work I am with my students in the real classroom setting.
