All schooling was performed by myself. There are no instructors for this course. Supplemental videos provided a good learning tool. The bulk of knowledge is attained by reading.

The best thing about being certified is expanding your knowledge base beyond what exercise alone can do for you. All of my success has stemmed from applying scientific knowledge.
