A lot of hard work and a lot of thought goes into every class.

Other comments

Very helpful instructors. Good class sizes. Online work was just like physically being in the classroom. If you get stuck or have problems the school will offer any help needed including finding tutoring.

The ServSafe program is available in all states it is the best training tool to know to handle food and what you need to know to prepare it and store it and how to serve it . The program with also teach and train you to beware of what not to do with its arrival and its proper storage when being delivered. It will also assist in the use of chemicals and how to store them and what to use to keep in the guidelines of cleanliness to keep your food safe and your guests safe from pathogens or cross contamination, and proper hygiene so not to get you and guest sick.
