The class had a very good combination of hands-on and visual opportunities. The challenging part for myself was getting the rhythm and depth of the chest compression correct. However, there are many songs and examples shown in videos on how to excel at that part of chest compression CPR.

The training took a couple hours. A guest speaker came to present the training information and reviewed several slides. Halfway through the course we took a break to stretch.
