Good test and you can take it as many times you want until you pass the test after each chapter. The test is telling you about temps and how to storage food properly

The online program is a lot of information to learn. I enjoyed that you could go on your own pace. It would get frustrating if you missed one question and had to go through the whole lesson within more than 15 minutes to take the assessment again.
