It was very easy and straight forward which I enjoyed about it. Everything was easy to understand, and getting through it didn’t take too long. It paid off in the ending.

You have to be able to dedicate a full week to taking the class. If you miss a day you will have to make it up before you receive the certificate.

The teacher I had was very professional and was able to give real life experience behind what she was teaching. It was a good experience that I will continue to recommend overall.

Thus is a great certificate for any one in the hospitality industry. I encourage and recommend that this course should be mandated for all. We have to keep everyone safe!

Good combination in the classroom. Teachers who were teaching you understood every detail very clearly and straight to the point. I pass my exam on the first try with a high grade.

Very detailed and hands-on training. Professors were very patient and to the point. The course itself is very rich in regards to information and the reasons why. Which makes it very easy to learn and understand.

The class is online with great sources of information. You get quizzes along the process which prepare you for the finally test, which you go in person to get your certification. Once you pass the test, you are then rewarded the certificate.

Everything was good for the program the teacher the school all the students. We have pretty good respect each other and the class was good every day and fan.

The instructor made it very easy to understand the course curriculum. You are taught the different temperatures to cook your different meats and the different kinds of illnesses that can happen to you if the meats are not cooked properly. Overall it was an exciting and real eye experience taking this class.
