The class was typically 5 hours a day. I learned all aspects of agency law, construction, type mortgages, fair housing laws, and contract laws. The hardest part for me was learning about the construction and all the parts that form a building structure.

Instructor was great, not only did we go over the book material (and additional materials that he provided) but we also took a short walk in nearby areas where he pointed out items in commercial & residential buildings that we should know, while allowing for questions at the end.

Pros

Flexible class hours, Good teachers, Affordable, Helpful career services, Positive environment, Good career preparation, Hands-on training

Cons

The main teacher she is the best and amazing. The rest dont put much effort. So everyone just trys to take her class. Which could mess with your schedule. Because instead if taking with other teaching your waiting for her classes to pop up.
