The real estate market as a whole is very dynamic, hence required newly hired individuals to be more aggressive than the average agent.

The teaching was excellent, because the Instructors were quite knowledgeable about the Industry. I graduated in one week, and started practicing the very next week following the weekend after class.

It got the job done. The test isn't as hard as the MCATs or GMATs so they did just fine preparing me for the NYS real estate test. The staff was very friendly!

The classes range from a different topic which sometimes is not in the same order. The best suggestion I have is to study all of the material and then take the course as a review. The teachers are very helpful and I passed my exam, the school and state exam first time I took the test.

In person training was best for me to have a better understanding of the many levels of this career and its learning materials. The teachers were so attentive and helpful in learning all the information in such a short time frame.

Great professor and study materials. A typical day consisted of meeting with real estate companies after their seminar to possible gain sponsorship. Classes were flexible.
