In person training was best for me to have a better understanding of the many levels of this career and its learning materials. The teachers were so attentive and helpful in learning all the information in such a short time frame.

Great professor and study materials. A typical day consisted of meeting with real estate companies after their seminar to possible gain sponsorship. Classes were flexible.

The attendees could have been given examples based on actual and recent transactions in the marketplace, which would have been a valuable asset for soon to be real estate professionals.

Although I've had experience in real estate management prior to taking this course which provided me valuable skills and information before I've enrolled for the course, the environment provided by NYREI was an invaluable part of my success in the world of commercial sales.

You take class over the course of a couple of days. At the end, you take an exam. Then you register to take the state exam. It was a great experience.

Excellent teacher-hands on training and inter acting with students and prepping for the test. Teacher is always lending helping hand and will help with any questions you don't understand pertaining to Real Estate or the test.

Good experience. Great teachers! Teaches you the ins and outs of real estate law and sales. Good for anyone to take that’s in the industry or thinking about joining the industry.

Multiple classes at different times made it convenient working around other commitments. Some of the teachers are better than others. The schools lacking culture. Job assistance can be better.

Online class oriented, many short readings and short video clips. Online course is designed to be interactive, in person courses are easy to register for. All exams must be taken in person at any campus.

I loved every single minute with all the interactive teachers. Loved it! They were hands on and truly cared if you were learning. Always approachable and helpful.

“This course work is very detailed. There state test is 4 hours long and is set up over 2 sections only. When first starting out as a broker make sure to have enough money in the bank to help you stay afloat until you build your client base.”
