Best online course for REWritten by a former student on November 7, 2022
Course was easy. Cost was nothing compared to what you will spend as an agent. Definitely recommend this to anyone that does not want to spend to much on school.

MLO
This customer service guy Cadence or whatever his name is just talk to you like you’re a nobody. He doesn’t seems interested in your complaints. He wants to charge me $5 extra for just a reading feature, this is after I have bought more than three courses with this site. They can’t give you a simple read out loud feature that’s free on almost every site in the internet. I will never ever refer this site to anyone. Very disloyal to customer.

Web Design Certification
I would have hoped to have more interaction with instructors however it’s a lifetime access so even after you complete the program you have access to the curriculum.

Transaction Coordination Launchpad
This course barely touched on the daily duties of a coordinator. Might be best for someone completely new to the position but it's a bit overpriced for the content.

Affordable, user friendly and help is only a click away. There are options to add to your License and move up to a broker or principle broker. I have used for my last two renewals.

The best online licensing program.Written by a former student on July 7, 2021
I highly recommend Onlineed for pre licensing courses. The course material was easy to understand and very thorough. It covered everything that was on the test in great detail. And it was so convenient. I could take the courses from anywhere. I passed the exam on the first try. I felt like I was extremely well prepared and that gave me the confidence that I needed.

Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) License
The course gave me the tools and resources I needed to become a Loan Officer. It's pretty flexible with schedules and the Instructor gave helpful hints for passing the NMLS test.

Their format is easy to follow and comprehend. With regards to time and cost; the initial work for the exam was before the internet! Initially the timing was approx. 3 months while working full time. Now renewal is 45 hrs at approx $65.
Pros
They are easy to contact and very responsive.

That OnlineEd is absolutely a horrible choice. Poorly laid out, borderline no organization or means to search. Zero help or interaction from an instructor. Constantly asking questions in quizzes that aren't taught in the current section and are supposed to be taught in an upcoming section. Multiple questions where all the answers are correct and you're stuck with trying to figure out which is the least correct. There are not enough videos or explanations in most of the sections. The people in the video are annoying to listen to, the female has a wet mouth / borderline lisp. Take any other course for real estate except this one.

While there was a good amount of material it was not laid out very well and there was no instructor interaction. It made it difficult for those of us who do better in a communication based education system.

Due to Covid 19, the most difficult part was Distance learning. I would have enjoyed being in a classroom setting for discussion purposes. However, I did appreciate the fact that I was able to go at my own pace.

Oregon Property Manager's License
If I had learned more about the industry first, I would have learned that a license is good for you if you want to own your own business but otherwise, you should just go with something thats national so it can be a credential on your resume no matter where you live.

Good combination of small practice tests, reviews, videos, and humorous examples used in the lessons. It uses a hearty mix of pop-culture to hammer home some of the topics, giving you exaggerated but still applicable examples to make sure you *get it*.
