Amazing, intelligent, supportive, faculty who challenges you to be the best you can be. Great classmates. Excellent environment for learning and achieving your goals. I have never felt more prepared for my future than I do now having gone to PCOM. I was extremely prepared for my clinical rotations, and even more prepared to pass my boards.

Pros

Good teachers, Good career preparation

I believe that PCOM prepared me for many aspects required in medical training. The initial course work was rigorous, and I felt that the "rotation" training portion was constructed in such a way that I received great clinical hands-on skills in a very patient environment.

I loved the principle of having A&P first in the summer, the open dissections, oral boards , and SP encounters. The professors are all practicing PAs and you always have an advisor to speak with.

Great school that is now accredited but wasn’t when I attended. Learned a lot and felt I had a great amount of hands on training. Built solid relationships and made quality connections.
