You get online and hands on training instructor is amazing and helps you feel comfortable. Just listen to what she says it's ok to make mistakes in class that what you are there for to learn.

It will take a full day to get a good idea of the technical aspects of what kind of power and movement you will be dealing with but it takes actual hands on training with equipment like this to get the hang of it and become proficient.
