It was an extra class course I took in college. It helps me know what tools are worth they do and how to use them. That was just about the class. It was in Pueblo, Colorado.

It was a good certification but not currently used in the field I work now. But it's a good thing to get to learn about computer skills and how to troubleshoot computers

Great school with one on one training. Small campus with a lot of student resources. The people in Pueblo could be a bit more friendly otherwise a great experience.

It was good 20 plus years ago however, I am not sure of the program today. Like every sure tech program there are some who graduate and have gained the knowledge they need to succeed while others barely make it through and have to learn basic knowledge on the job.

Pros

Hands-on training

Other comments

Some of the information is dated and was not included on the board exam, where as things we didn't focus on were heavily featured on the exam. The program was challenging and very fast-paced. The program should honestly be changed to a bachelor's degree. More hands on time would be wonderful.

Overall this opportunity turned out to be a very informative, and fun experience. We covered a lot of topics in a relatively short amount of time. Loved it.
