They were watching me and testing me for what I already know about being a nurse aide they tested on how you walk In resident room. She watched how I introduce myself to resist, explain them what I was doing then after I was done, she watched me transfer a resident to bed to chair. Then she watches me transfer request back to bed in to bed.

5 days a week in class training and clinical work. Very demanding and rigorous curriculum but I learned more with the hands on training. It was a little stressful because there was change in the management at the same time.

The instructors could be more knowledgeable about the course. When I was in my clinicals, my instructor actually yelled at me and most of the class for taking a break and expected us to find her and let her know we were going on break, she wasn't anywhere to be found and we had to take our breaks with the person that we were training with so I'm not exactly sure how she expected us to have gotten our full 15 mins breaks; we would have ended up spending a good 10 of it just looking for her throughout the building.

In classroom a week going over notes, questions, etc. Then a week of hands on training. I'm more of a hands on person anyway. The classroom times is good to get to know everything needed and what needs to be studied.

Great learning environment. My teacher was super helpful. Our class had a lot of fun while learning. The school helps you get a job by helping you with resumes, mock interviews, promoting their students to employers, etc.

Enjoyed taking the class. I got to compete in competitions. There was lots of different things to learn and helped me see the side of things that most people don't see.
