Good teachers, Positive environment, Good career preparation, Hands-on training

Cons

Merchant mariner jobs are hard to come by especially during down times for oil prices.

Other comments

This was a fun and educational program that I wish I had been able to use after I received my credentials, but the major oil price drop came just as I got it and made getting onto a boat nearly impossible.
